1. Core Value and Pricing

Our CNG/LPG conversion kits utilize advanced sequential injection technology and are compatible with a wide range of vehicle models, helping you significantly reduce fuel costs while ensuring stable engine operation.

The newly launched CNG conversion kit is a dual-fuel conversion system specifically optimized for Nigeria's tropical climate, complex road conditions, and gas quality.

This product upgrades conventional gasoline vehicles to a dual-fuel mode running on gasoline and compressed natural gas (CNG), addressing two key challenges facing local users: high fuel costs and excessive vehicle emissions.

It targets a wide range of users: private car owners for daily commuting, high-frequency vehicles like taxis and ride-hailing services,

and small and medium-sized freight vehicles in the logistics and transportation sectors. Through sophisticated conversion technology,

vehicles retain their original gasoline functionality while adding a CNG fuel option, achieving a perfect balance between practicality and affordability.

2.Key Features and Benefits

Fuel Economy: Reduces fuel costs by 50%-70%, offering dual-fuel switching between gasoline and CNG. For example, for a typical taxi in Nigeria,

a daily fuel bill of 10,000 naira can be reduced to 3,000-5,000 naira after switching to CNG, resulting in annual savings exceeding 2 million naira.

Environmental Benefits: Reduces carbon emissions by 95%, while significantly lowering emissions of pollutants such as carbon monoxide (CO) and nitrogen oxides (NOx).

Each vehicle can reduce pollutants by up to 1.2 tons annually, helping Nigeria achieve its environmental targets.

Core Technology: Utilizing advanced sequential injection technology and an intelligent control system powered by an Italian chip,

the system monitors gasoline injection timing and rail pressure in real time, ensuring precise fuel delivery and efficient engine operation.

High-Performance Components: Equipped with Yuncheng's customized pressure reducer, high-precision multi-cylinder injection rails, and an MP48 series intelligent ECU.

The pressure reducer can withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to 120°C, and the injection rails support 3-8 cylinder engines. All core components have undergone over 580 validation tests.

Wide Compatibility: Suitable for 3-8 cylinder electronic fuel injection gasoline engines, covering mainstream sedans, SUVs, and small and medium-sized commercial vehicles in the Nigerian market,

with compatibility reaching over 90% of common models.

Safety Certification: The entire system complies with international safety standards such as ENARGAS and GOST.

Core components carry a 1.5-year warranty. Cylinders and piping are made of high-pressure, corrosion-resistant materials and have passed 86 field leak tests with zero failures.

Easy Installation: The modular design integrates core components such as the pressure reducer, injection rail, and ECU into standardized modules.

Professional technicians can complete a complete modification in just 4-6 hours, 30% shorter than the industry average.

Durability: Key components are constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum alloy, resistant to corrosion in tropical, high-humidity environments.

The reducer and ECU boast a service life of over five years, 40% longer than standard kits.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Will CNG/LPG conversions damage my car's engine?

Answer: No additional damage will occur to the engine. Our conversion kits are specifically developed based on the engine parameters of mainstream Nigerian vehicles.

They utilize advanced sequential injection technology and an intelligent closed-loop control system to adapt to engine operating conditions in real time,

precisely controlling gas supply and combustion rhythm to prevent engine detonation, overheating, and other issues. Furthermore,

the kit's core components (such as the MP48 intelligent ECU and customized pressure reducer) have undergone over 580 bench tests and field validations,

ensuring over 99% engine compatibility. Importantly,

professional installation at our authorized service center and regular maintenance according to the user manual (such as checking the gas line seal every 10,000 kilometers) will ensure long-term stable engine operation. Currently,

over 3,000 vehicles in Nigeria have been in normal use for over three years after the modification, with an engine failure rate comparable to unmodified vehicles.

2. How far can my vehicle travel after the modification?

A: The range depends on the capacity of the CNG cylinder and the fuel consumption of the vehicle. Taking a common configuration in the Nigerian market as an example:

If a 60L horizontal CNG cylinder (suitable for sedans and SUVs) is selected, in urban conditions (average fuel consumption of 8L/100km),

a full tank of CNG can provide an additional 350-450 kilometers of range. Combined with the range of the existing gasoline tank, the total range can reach over 800 kilometers.

If a commercial vehicle (such as a taxi or small truck) is equipped with an 80L vertical cylinder, in suburban conditions (average fuel consumption of 10L/100km),

a full tank of CNG can increase the range to 400-500 kilometers, meeting the needs of high-frequency daily operations. In addition, the kit supports dual-fuel switching between gasoline and CNG.

When the CNG runs out, the vehicle automatically switches to gasoline mode, eliminating the need to worry about roadside breakdowns.

3. Where can I find installation services?

A: We have established an authorized service network covering key cities in Nigeria. You can find a nearby installation point through the following methods:

Dealer Assistance: If you purchase the kit through a local car dealer, the dealer will connect you directly with an authorized installation team, providing a one-stop service from purchase to installation to acceptance.

4. How long does the conversion take?

A: The standard conversion process takes only 4-6 hours, with specific durations varying slightly depending on the vehicle model and conversion plan.

For 3-4 cylinder sedans, SUVs, and other vehicles (such as the Toyota Corolla and Honda Civic), modular assembly is used. A team of professional technicians (two people) can complete a full conversion in 4 hours,

including core component assembly, piping connections, ECU debugging, and safety testing.

For 6-8 cylinder commercial vehicles (such as the Toyota Hiace and Hyundai H1), the conversion time may be extended to 5-6 hours due to the need to accommodate larger cylinders and multi-cylinder injection rails.

Additional features such as CNG level display and remote fault diagnosis can be added by 1-2 hours, for a total of no more than 8 hours. The conversion can be completed and picked up the same day.
