1. Technical Specifications & Setup
Proper mechanical placement and electrical matching are crucial for stable gas flow and precise fuel delivery in converted petrol vehicles:
Working Pressure: Designed for an optimal operating pressure range of 0.5 to 2.5 bar.
Coil Resistance: Standard options include 2 Ohm and 3 Ohm configurations to match various ECU outputs.
Mounting Position: Injector rails should be mounted as close as possible to the intake manifold with short, equal-length injection hoses.
2. Step-by-Step Installation Guidelines
Nozzle Sizing & Drilling: Select the correct intake manifold nozzle diameter based on engine horsepower per cylinder. Drill and tap the manifold at a shallow angle facing the intake valves.
Hose Connection: Connect the high-pressure gas hoses securely from the injector outlets to the manifold nozzles using spring clamps to prevent vacuum leaks.
Electrical Harness: Plug the 2-pin connector from the ECU wiring harness firmly into each injector coil, ensuring secure locking clips.
